Dealers and sponsors are assigned to roundtable mastermind teams of 7-10 people – each team will designate a leader.

You Work Together
After a brief 10-minute
introduction of the issue, you and dealership leaders work together to produce breakthrough solutions.

Your Team Shares
Your team leader reports your roundtable’s solutions. Other team leaders add additional breakthroughs to improve the solution more.

Action Plans
All breakthrough solutions are documented into action plans and are emailed to all Business, Bourbon & Cigars participants.
