Account Coordinator

Overview

As a J&L Marketing account coordinator you will manage relationships with dealerships, manufacturers, vendor partners, and all internal departments of the company while fulfilling each component associated with a direct marketing campaign. This position reports to the Account Coordinator Team Lead, but works closely with the Director of Operations, Sales Managers,Marketing Director, and National Accounts Team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships across the United States and Canada
  • Ensure quality control of contract entry and all marketing products
  • Adhere to standard operating procedure, state, federal, manufacturer, and company regulations
  • Marketing creation using Adobe InDesign and XMPie
  • Fulfill all marketing for direct marketing campaigns, including but not limited to direct mail materials, event marketing materials, online banner ads, and targeted emails
  • Fulfill vendor set up, and any other orders associated with marketing campaigns
  • Follow process documentation for each marketing campaign with documented timelines and service level agreements

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed quotas associated with tight deadlines

  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Availability to work additional hours as needed
  • College degree preferred or related experience
  • Experience in the use of adobe creative suite or adobe InDesign preferred

Salary: $36,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year
