Sales Development Intern

J&L Marketing is offering a sales internship that offers great potential for growth. Full time and part time internships are available, with flexible hours. Compensation is commission based, with bonuses awarded as sales shadow trips.

Job Description:
This is a sales internship that offers great potential for growth. The hands-on training will be in the Sales Development department with a primary focus on cold calling, needs identification, and setting appointments with qualified clients. This internship also focuses on learning the automotive industry, determining needs of the client, positioning offered products and services based on needs, handling objections, and converting leads into revenue. The internship offers a team environment, allowing the opportunity to learn from peers and current Sales Representatives. This training will include learning sales related resources, such as CRM, WebEx, and Directories USA.
